Ohio has a number of non-profit organizations involved in child welfare advocacy, such as the Ohio Children’s Defense Fund (OCDF), the Ohio Family Care Association (OFCA), the Adoption Network-Cleveland and the Public Children’s Services Agency of Ohio (PCSAO).
